About my Journey
Right at the edge of Engineering career,I have attended few campus interviews. Meanwhile, me and my close friend are already planning to start something. But an interview in Honda just gave my first opportunity back in 2010.
I have been really enjoyed with Japan engines for one good year as Engineer Trainee and also learning Service engineer. It have to ended quickly as a fairy tale in an year for personal reason.
I have left a job which is dream for most of the engineers at that time. But we have to believe in destiny. As I've been born in middle class and I couldn't stop running behind the green notes.
Freelance Career
With internet being good and consistent in 2011, I have started learning and working on freelancer on the Adobe suite tools. This helped me earn confidence to possess career in design. I have started creating logo designs in freelancer.com and succeeded in 6months. I have continued making connections with clients and learned webdesigning from youtube.
It has been a practice to me to connect for a branding project and turning it into a web project by then. Meanwhile I have completed my Masters in heat transfer in energy systems. It only gave me an opportunity to tutor which I'm not interested to possess by then.
First Full Time Opportunity
Being in the field of design, I have possessed an opportunity in closests design agency THYNC Solutions. I have joined as a technical head, by providing all the tech support to the team and mentoring them to meet the client requirements. I have worked on Web developement processes including HTML/CSS, Wordpress, Wix and Shopify. Being initial member and co-founder of the organisation, I have managed a work force of 50 members in the span of one year.
Co-founding Leograph
After an year in previous success, I have Co-Founded in a funded design agency LEOGRAPH IT Services from 2016. Being the initial member, I have worked relentless to meet the client needs and also mentoring and managing dozens of budding designers. It was a roller coaster ride and severe burn-out to meet the deadlines of each project. As we have accepted a diversed number of projects, My experience have expanded in UI/UX and User centered design projects. This 5.9 years of journey comes to an end with projects fading away.
B2B Saas UX Design Experience
Vision Group Retail is AI/ML based company mainly works on Image Recognition frameworks primarily work with retail giants like COCA-COLA, NESTLE, SODEXO, MONDELEZ and more. Their primary products include store-360, a one scene million datapoints mobile app which helps in getting reports and insights of product merchandizing. I have been working as a Lead UX designer in this organization for 2 mobile apps end to end and one SAAS cloud platform.
