Survey Review Module Redesign
When user finishes a Survey using Mobile App the data will be collected in Survey Review as tabular data. It is hard for the Admins or supervisors to review the data in tables. Here we have improved the overall experience of Survey Review for intuitive and easy to use module.
Challenge
Users of our survey review web page struggle with navigating tabular question-answer formats and interpreting visual data due to the lack of image recognition integration. This impedes efficient survey analysis, leading to frustration and errors. Enhancing the user interface for tabular data and integrating image recognition technology is crucial to improve usability and facilitate meaningful insights extraction. Addressing these issues will boost user engagement and the effectiveness of our platform.
